Eliminate Processed Carbs

Processed carbohydrates are things that are generally prepared, and in a package such as cakes, cookies, crackers, chips, breads, cereals... Foods in this form are stripped of nutrition and actually place a burden on the body because they aren't recognized as food. An easy diet recommendation is to skip all those things and focus on organic, non-GMO fruits and vegetables, and grains, seeds, and beans that have been soaked or fermented to eliminate anti-nutrients.
